Login Instructions

In VisualDRG Web, users have their own personal user accounts. An email address is used as the username.

Registration

Username must be a valid email address and allowed domains are defined at the organization level. Also note that each email address can only be registered once.

You can log in with a new personal user account as soon as you have activated it using the link sent to your email. If you do not receive the confirmation message within a few minutes of registration, please check your spam folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. In that case, move the message to your inbox, and then click the activation link.

Forgot password

If you can't remember your password or you wish to change it, click Forgot or want to change your password link, and then enter the email address that you have used in registration. You will receive a link to password reset by email in few minutes.
